My Strange Country: NEPAL(by Aayush Karki)

My country name is Nepal. It is located in Asia continent.It is very small country in area having only 1,47,181 sq.km and in spite of being small in size it is diverse in culture and many historical and cultural importance .this county is never been colonized by any of the country . As now in most of thre country 2020 AD is going on but in Nepal 2077 BS is going on and its capital city is Kathmandu which is call city of the temple. Many people visit Nepal for enjoying the beautiful natural scenery and enjoying the natural beauty. It is landlocked country which is located between two large country India and china.Nepal performs its most   of the trading activities with India and India and Nepal have free boarder and Nepali people can go upto lassha in china without passport and visa. It was a small small states at the first but after the  unification campaign done by the prithivi narayan shah(King of Nepal before of state gorkha)  it become a single state.Before some 150 or more year before Nepal was a larger country and it had more area and after anglo-Nepal war between britishers and Gorkhalis(Nepali).The most humilating treaty on the history of Nepal same like versailes treaty to germany .  After anglo Nepal war britishers were very pleased with the brave Nepali womwn who were fighting in the battle field carrying their child in lack of soldiers .Rana rule began in 1903 BS which is 1874AD i guess and During the first world war Nepali soldiers were send to britain for fighting in first world war by the Rana Prime Minister Mr Channndra Shumsher Rana and which made the britishers win the very difficult wars and Nepali Gorkha Soldiers werew awarded with many titles and awards and Chandra Shumsher was said ti be general of British army. Many Nepali soldiers lost their lives in first world war and many become dissabled and the treand of taking Nepali youths to the british army and indian army is going on since today as the name of Gorkhali soldiers .The motto of Gorkhali soldiers is that it is good to die than becoming a coward and during second  world war also Nepal send troops to fight and Rana rulers were very cruel and dictator and their rule was stopped on 2007BSand after that democracy established and king were on the supreme power at that time and there occured a polital instablity and in 2058BS  Royal Massacare took place when thre king birendra Shah whole family was murdered and KIng Gyanandra  big brother of king Birendra become king and the murderer of king Birendra is still a mystery and in 2063BS  people donot wanted king and they overthrown the king and make a democratic,republican and federal state and in 2072BS Nepali constitution  was made. .Nepal is a secular state and Nepal is separated into 7 provinces and Nepal contains all climatic conditions as it has Himalays , hills and terai regions follwed from north to south. The highest peak in the world Mt.Everest (sagarmatha Nepali name which means roof of the world ) .It is challenge to people from all part of world for climbing sagarmatha .Nepal is such a country in which less than 50% of people drink alcohol and Momo is the most popualr fast food of the country and Nepal have these features and also known as part of paradise .Thank you this much for this vlog and i will research and write it more in Next Vlog.
